This hands-on Adult & Pediatric First Aid, CPR, GSW and AED course gives you the practical skills and confidence to respond to critical emergencies involving adults, children, and infants. Whether you’re a parent, teacher, coach, security professional, or simply someone who refuses to stand by helplessly, this training prepares you to take action when every second matters.

 

You’ll also receive Stop the Bleed objectives—at no extra cost—giving you life-saving knowledge in managing severe bleeding, one of the most time-sensitive emergencies you can face.

 

No matter where you are in the world of shooting sports—or if you carry a firearm for personal defense—you need more than marksmanship. You need to know how to save a life, including your own, when things go wrong.

 

Taught by a certified instructor in an interactive format, this course blends classroom learning with realistic, scenario-based practice. Successful participants will have the option to earn a nationally recognized, two-year Red Cross certification in Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED.

Completing this course will help you:

    • Tourniquet Single Perform Adult CPR and safely use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) during cardiac emergencies

    • Perform Pediatric CPR and AED use for infants and children in life-threatening situations

    • Recognize and assist with choking emergencies using proven back blow and abdominal thrust techniques

    • Identify and respond to common sudden illnesses, including asthma attacks, allergic reactions (anaphylaxis), diabetic emergencies, seizures, and opioid overdose

    • Learn how to control severe bleeding, apply direct pressure, and properly use a tourniquet as part of our Stop the Bleed objectives—included free with your training

    • Understand how to assess and treat gunshot wounds (GSW) with life-saving techniques that can buy precious time until emergency services arrive

    • Gain the confidence to provide self-aid or buddy-aid in the event of a GSW, especially critical for anyone involved in shooting sports or carrying a firearm for self-defense

    • Recognize and respond to common injuries, including head, neck, and spinal trauma

    • Handle environmental emergencies like heatstroke, hypothermia, burns, and exposure to toxic substances

    • Build the mindset and hands-on experience needed to stay calm, act quickly, and save lives—including your own
